Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 4β9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (714) 841-8887. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is mangiamangiarestaurant.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 717 reviews, which is a strong result for an italian restaurant in Huntington Beach and suggests consistent service.
Huntington Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Huntington Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My girlfriend ordered food from here for takeout and it was horrendous. The garlic bread was dry & old. The salad had leaves that werenβt even green anymore. My Lasagna had one layer of noodles and the rest was cheese and cheap marinara. The spaghetti was some of the worst Iβve ever eaten. The soup was the only good thing we got lol. Threw out the leftovers because of how displeased we were. The cherry on top is they forget to give us utensils & napkins for takeout. I had to walk and ask a kind stranger in HB for utensils lol. 0/10

Always delicious. My whole family and I love eating here. All the plates of food we have ordered have always been delicious. The garlic bread is fresh out of the oven, with fresh garlic. Itβs soft, buttery, and melts in your mouth and you get as much as you want while you are dining. We love getting the spumoni ice cream, which is served inside of a delicious chocolate ball. The service is excellent and everyone is treated like family. Itβs popular and the wait can be long at times because itβs delicious, so just plan around it, it is worth it. We have never had to wait too long, however.

Absolutely phenomenal!! I was in the LA area visiting friends and family and stopped by Mangia Mangia for dinner on my last night. I came in very hungry and was greeted with so many good smells. Everything on the menu looked good and I couldn't narrow it down, so I asked my server, Elwin, if he had any favorites. He was excited to walk me through his favorites on the menu which helped my table decide what we wanted to get. We started with calamari which was easily the best calamari I've had. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. 4 of us shared the fetuccine gabriella, pappardelle veal ragu, scampi cefalu, and 2 stracciatella soups. Everything was delicious and we had a great variety of flavors to try from. I really appreciated Elwin's patience, excitement, and insight helping us select dishes and it made for a fun and memorable night. We topped it off with some gelato which was absolutely to die for. I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in the LA area.

A very family-oriented business. Great customer service! Very reasonable prices! And the food was outstanding! There were 16 of us in our party and we were served in a very timely manner very organized. And the house Chardonnay and red wine were delicious!

Good food and service in a friendly family atmosphere. The dining room is not large, tables are fairly close together, no booths. They have delicious fresh fish and pasta and I love their Straciatella soup. Yummy desserts, too! Try the spumoni coated in dark chocolate! Delicious! They also serve vanilla or chocolate souffle but be sure to order it with your dinner as it takes 20 minutes to prepare.
